ORDERS & PAYMENTS
How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your billing and shipping information to complete your order.

How will I know my order was received?
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Local customers may also get a confirmation call.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please check your details carefully before confirming.

Can I add items to an existing order?
No, items cannot be added or combined once your order has been processed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Exchanges are offered only for faulty or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. We do not offer refunds for Luxury, Formal, or Couture collections.

How do I report a faulty or incorrect item?

Can international orders be exchanged or returned?
Currently, international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies by location and product availability. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

What happens if my address is incorrect?
If your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned. Please double-check your address before confirming your purchase.
