Products cannot be exchanged at our retail locations.
We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the details provided.
Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. After this period, we will not be able to accommodate them.
Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or individual monitor settings.
There is no refund policy for Luxury, Formal, and Couture Collections.
For Luxury Collections
Laces and embellishments may differ slightly from those shown in images due to material availability.
