Shipping policy
At Wajid Rafique, each order is crafted with precision and care. Since most of our designs are made-to-order, shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the outfit and customisation details.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All luxury and couture pieces are carefully prepared before dispatch. Standard processing time varies by the outfit and thus is mentioned on every outfit. Shipping time mentioned on checkout will be considered final. Urgent requests may be accommodated based on availability — please contact us directly for assistance.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (PAKISTAN)
We offer free nationwide delivery across Pakistan on all orders. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped through trusted courier partners and typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via reliable international carriers. Delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, these charges must be fully paid by the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with a tracking number and courier details to follow your shipment’s progress.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
In case of delivery failure due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will bear the reshipping costs. No refund will be issued, as all outfits are made-to-order.
DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or public holidays may affect shipment times. Wajid Rafique is not liable for delays beyond our control.
